Mail Me Condoms

The CDC recommends using a condom each and every time you have sex. The City of Racine Public Health Department wants everyone to have access to condoms and to know how to use them.

Condoms are available free of charge at the City of Racine Public Health Department's Sexual & Reproductive Health Clinic, 730 Washington Avenue (Room 4), Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, as well as at numerous other community locations. In addition, the Public Health Department can mail condoms and other prevention supplies directly to your address at no cost to you.

Program Restrictions:
Mail Me Condoms is limited to individuals residing in Racine County, WI.
The program is only for individuals/personal use; agencies or businesses are not eligible to receive supplies from Mail Me Condoms.
The program is limited to one mailing per person, per month. If supplies are needed more frequently, visit the Sexual & Reproductive Health Clinic or another community location.

If I have condoms mailed to me, what will the package look like and what will be inside?

You will receive a padded white envelope containing the prevention supplies you requested along with information about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), STD Clinics, and other services offered by the Public Health Department.

What if someone else opens my mail or knows what is in the package?

Receiving condoms shows that you are mature enough to practice safe sex. If you are concerned about having condoms mailed to your home, you can pick up free condoms at numerous community locations .

I don’t live in Racine. Where can I get free condoms?

If you don't live in the area, search online to find contact information for your local Public Health Department or HIV/AIDS organization, or call the City of Racine Public Health Department at 262-636-9431 for assistance.

What are you doing with the personal information I provide on the form?

Age and gender information are collected for statistical purposes to track the reach of our program. No information will ever be saved in a manner that can be linked to your name, address, or other information, nor will it be made available to others.
