City of Racine, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department
"Fall-in to Playgrounds" is a theme-oriented free program supervised by two college student leaders who
receive extensive in-service training. All playground sites are diverse, safe
and provide organized group activities designed to foster lifelong 21st
century skills such as team-building & strategy, communication, creative
problem-solving, self-awareness, self-confidence, and leadership. There is no fee required to attend and no
registration is necessary.
For Ages: 7-14
Dates: September 8 - October 22, 2020
Times: Monday-Thursday; 2:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

safe as possible, PRCS will continue to follow all preventative covid-19 safety
measures developed under the guidance of the City of Racine Health Department
and within the guidelines of both state and local recommendations.
Registered Summer Playground Program Information
THE 2020 SUMMER PLAYGROUND PROGRAM HAS ENDED. THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING! LOOK FOR 2021 REGISTRATION INFORMATION IN FEBRUARY 2021.
The PRCS Kiddie Korner, Future, Play It Again & BIGS summer playground programs provide creative fun and innovative learning experiences through organized games, field trips, free play and weekly special events. Each site is supervised by two college students extensively trained as playground leaders. The programs run for 9 weeks, Monday through Thursday, from mid-June through mid-August.

Grades 4 - 5 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. Lockwood Park or Humble Park Community Center - locations are subject to change
The Drop - In Playground Program is a FREE nine week theme-oriented, non-registered drop in summer program that runs Monday - Thursday for neighborhood children 7 to 14 years of age. Recreational activities, special events, games, inter-park sports competitions and field trips will be held. Please note: Unlike the registered playground programs, playground leaders do not monitor with whom, how, or when children come and go from playground. Locations may be subject to change.

WPRA tickets may only be purchased with Visa or Mastercard, or a cash payment.
