Adopted by the Racine City Council on June 22nd, 2016. The pilot program moves the responsibility of repairing the sidewalk from the adjoining property owner to the City of Racine. The program prioritizes sidewalk repairs by the following criteria:
Sidewalks near the remaining Bus Routs, Schools, and Parks will be completed as resources permits.
