As Racine's Public Health Administrator, I would like to welcome you to the City of Racine Public Health Department website. This site contains information on how to access services offered through this organization as well as providing a variety of resources related to health and safety. Informational documents can be opened and saved, or printed, for easy reference. They are available in a variety of languages. It is my sincere hope that these resources will help to keep your family, home, business, and the community healthy and safe.
One way to promote a healthy community is by providing recreational opportunities. The City of Racine boasts one of the best beaches in the country, North Beach. North Beach was the first
Blue Wave Certified beach in Wisconsin and the second on the Great Lakes, holding that honor continuously since 2004. It was recently recognized by Parents Magazine and Family Vacation Critic as one of the top 10 beaches in the US to take your family. Along with the Lake Michigan Pathway, Zoo Beach, the Laurel Clark Memorial Fountain and Samuel P. Myers Park, we hope you and your family make the most of the recreational opportunities our Great Lakes shoreline has to offer.
