What is Kiddie Korner Playground?

The Racine Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department's Kiddie Korner Playground program is a nine-week, theme-oriented playground that runs Monday through Thursday and is closed on Friday. This playground is for 4, 5, and 6 year olds. There is a maximum enrollment of 30 kids per site.

All playground sites are diverse, safe and provide organized recreational activities, special events and low-organized games. Each playground site is programmed and supervised by two (2) college student playground leaders who receive extensive in-service training. Supervisors from each program will be stopping by each of the playgrounds daily.

Registration for Kiddie Korner Playground will be at the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services office located at 800 Center Street #127 on May 11 - 13, 2009 for City of Racine Residents and May 14 for City of Racine Residents and Non-Residents from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Registrations fees are $34.00 for City of Racine Residents and $58.00 for Non-Residents.
