RHBHF PHN Coordinator |
The RHBHF Program serves to reduce infant mortality; particularly in the African-American population. Services are provided to diverse populations through
individual and group formats. Duties of this position will serve to coordinate these efforts as well as to provide direct client services. Coordination of the
program will consist of development of program activities, community engagement and collaboration, completion of program reporting and quality assurance measures.
A Bachelor?s degree in nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing or accredited by the National Professional Nursing Education Accrediting Organization is required.
Candidate must also have a valid Wisconsin driver?s license and use of an automobile.
Starting salary range is $52,000.00 to $59,000.00, depending on experience.

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE
TEEN PARENT PROGRAM

The City of Racine is now accepting applications for the position of Public Health Nurse in the teen parent program of the Racine Health Department. This position is part time; 3 – 8 hour days/wk. Responsibilities for the position include: home visitations to teen parents and their infants to assess all pertinent areas. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree from a nursing program approved by the board of nursing or accredited by the N.L.N that includes preparation in public health nursing or community health nursing and must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin. WIC (WOMEN, INFANT AND CHILDREN) BREAST FEEDING PEER COUNSELOR Part Time |
Applications are now being taken until filled. This position requires a paraprofessional with breastfeeding experience who is selected, trained and given ongoing supervision by the WIC Coordinator. The counselor will be selected from the population to be served and is scheduled for 8 to 12 hours per week. This counselor gives basic breastfeeding information and encouragement to WIC clients who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. This is a limited term position based on grant funding.

CABLE COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR

The City of Racine will be accepting applications and resumes for the position of Cable Communications Coordinator with the Cable Access Racine channel (CAR25) until filled. This part-time position is approximately 10 to 15 hours per week and reports to the City of Racine's Information Systems Director. Responsibilities include bulletin board announcements, program playback editing and video content program production. Salary for the position is $16.30 per hour.
