Small Business Financing - The new Re² small business program is a partnership with Racine-based Educator's Credit Union to extend help to small businesses that are making improvement costs from $5,000 to $20,000. Learn more.
Financing Assistance - Our Smart Security Financing provides up front collateral so you can move forward with energy-efficiency projects. We offer flexible repayment terms, low interest rates and no money down. Your financial institution of choice receives a deposit from Re² to fund a reserve account that enhances its security position. This offer is for energy-efficiency projects between $10,000 and $1 million. Learn More.
Perks and incentives - Improve your bottom line. Re2 now offers cash rebates based on your energy savings up to $25,000 or 30% of the project cost. To qualify for the highest cash incentives, projects should target at least 15 percent energy savings. Rebates can be combined with Re2 financing options. Financial incentives from Focus on Energy and We Energies may be available, maximizing the assistance available to implement energy-efficiency projects.

How do I become a participating Re² Contractor?
Review, sign and return the Request for Qualifications - Contractors document. Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC), on behalf of the City of Racine, is requesting qualifications of the contractors that would like to provide services to homeowners as part of this program. This qualification process will identify contractors with licenses, training, insurance, and professional skills required to provide energy efficiency improvement services to participating homeowners within the City's geographic limits.
