One of the many high points of this last six months (since being elected) has been the opportunities I have had in building relationships with you. With these relationships I see a partnership that will produce and strengthen the bonds essential to the vitality of this district, and local government.

The confirmation on the importance of these bonds came in the great feedback from last quarter’s newsletter and tours. I appreciate it, and will continue to make this a regular line of communication. To increase that connection, I am not only continuing our quarterly newsletters, but also making available on District 5’s website a calendar of tours, gatherings, and my board and committee meeting schedule. From that you are always welcome to attend any or all meetings, or understand when I will not be available to answer calls.

Regarding calls, please note I have had to pick up another phone line to cost efficiently handle the volume of calls I have been receiving. The new number is 262-939-8679.

I will now close by repeating what I wrote in the last newsletter:

“During this two year term as you hold me diligently to my responsibilities, I will be respectfully holding you to yours. I am relying on your input and dedication to your concerns to work together with me finding solutions. I believe in accountability and responsibility and believe we all have a role in seeing the outcomes we desire.”

Again, I am honored that you chose me to represent you.
